General Terms of Use
Last updated 17 September 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Jasdera’s websites, apps, and services. By creating an account or using Jasdera, you agree to these terms.
1. Introduction
Jasdera provides software that helps merchants launch and run online stores, including product catalogs, checkout, order tracking, and related tools (the “Services”). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Jasdera.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under Nigerian law to use the Services. If you use Jasdera on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly at support@jasdera.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. Merchant stores
When you create a store on Jasdera, you are responsible for your products, pricing, fulfilment, customer service, and compliance with applicable laws (including consumer protection and tax rules). Jasdera does not sell your products to shoppers; you do.
5. Payments
Customer payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Paystack. Their terms apply to payment processing. You are responsible for payouts, refunds, chargebacks, and fees charged by payment providers.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Jasdera to:
- Break the law or facilitate illegal activity
- Sell prohibited or highly restricted goods without required licences
- Harass, defraud, or harm others
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
- Probe, disrupt, or overload our systems
- Resell or sublicense the Services except as we expressly allow
7. Fees and trials
Paid plans, trial lengths, and billing cycles are shown on our Pricing page and at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts. We may change pricing with notice as described on the Pricing page or in-product.
8. Intellectual property
Jasdera and its licensors own the Services, branding, and software. You keep ownership of your store content (products, images, copy). You grant Jasdera a limited licence to host and display that content as needed to operate your storefront.
9. Privacy
How we collect and use personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Availability and changes
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for other users, or fail to pay fees when due. You may stop using Jasdera and close your account at any time, subject to outstanding obligations.
12. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where Nigerian law does not allow such exclusions.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jasdera is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability arising from the Services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lagos State, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
