Orders are packed and handed to our courier within one to two working days. Delivery time after that depends on your location; the estimate for your area is shown at checkout.
We email you when your order ships. You can follow it any time from My orders, or on the order tracking page with your order number and email.
If your order is late, arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will put it right.
